Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping just yet, but it’s on our radar.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All Clubhaus gear is printed to order. Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days, including production (2–4 days) and shipping (4–8 days). You’ll get tracking info once it ships.
Do you offer tracking?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we make everything on demand, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations once your order is placed. That said, reach out via the Contact Page ASAP, if your order hasn't gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we print everything to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?
We’ve got you. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, just reach out via the Contact Page within 10 days of delivery. We’ll sort a replacement or refund, no drama.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a full range of sizes in tees and hoodies. You’ll find a Size Guide on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
Note: Most of our tees are intentionally oversized and boxy by design, like classic streetwear cuts.
Do your shirts run big or small?
They run slightly large, with a relaxed fit and dropped shoulders. If you prefer a more standard or fitted look, consider sizing down.
Are all designs available in all sizes and colors?
Not always. Available size and color options are shown on each product page. If you don’t see it listed, it’s not available yet, but we’re always expanding.
Is the packaging eco-friendly or branded?
We ship in minimal, no-fuss packaging with a thank-you insert, no flashy boxes, just the essentials. It keeps waste low and shipping light.
Will I get a packing slip or receipt?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you. We don’t include paper receipts in the package, so your unboxing stays clean and simple.
